Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport JSC has defined and is continuously working on achieving the following objectives in line with Integrated Management System Policy: technical and technological progress, constant increase of passenger volume and number of aircraft movements, constant improvement of airport services and achievement of complete satisfaction for all airport users.

Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport JSC operations are aligned with ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standards and thus ensure a high level of quality service to stakeholders. Belgrade Airport has received a certificate ISO 14001:2004, ISO 9001:2008 and ČSN OHSAS 18001:2008 for airport management and aircraft ground handling. Within the framework of an integrated management system, business processes are carried out in accordance with international ISO standards in the field of quality, safety, occupational health and environmental protection. Certification is important for business improvement, which is reflected in raised quality of services and increased company value.
