Strategic cooperation with Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering, University of Belgrade

Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport and the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering, University of Belgrade signed an Agreement on Cooperation, which will converge them toward common effort to maintain the top quality of the air-traffic in Serbia. The document on strategic partnership was signed by the Dean of the Faculty Nebojsa Bojovic, PhD and the acting Director General of the Airport Sasa Vlaisavljevic who said on this occasion:

"Strategic cooperation with the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering is a logical move in the times when Airport Nikola Tesla scores the best results in traffic turnover. Exchange of experience and practical implementation of knowledge to the end of profession improvement in the field of air-traffic is an imperative, particularly having in mind plans for further expansion of air-traffic in Serbia.
Being a traffic engineer, I am proud to have an opportunity to sign such document and as a director of Belgrade airport, I am pleased because young colleagues will contribute to the efforts of Airport Nikola Tesla to position itself even better in the race with world airports"
.

The Dean of the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering, Nebojsa Bojovic, PhD, said that signing this agreement is of great importance for the Faculty, as it opens possibilities for students to acquire practical knowledge at the most important airport in the region.
"For our faculty, the fact that the experts of the Airport, as lecturers, will be able to share their experiences is highly significant. This agreement furthermore opens possibilities of joint participation in the projects on traffic improvement", said the Dean.

Setting positive and socially responsible example of strategic partnership in the domain of theoretical and practical development of individuals and institutions are inspired by an idea to strengthen both the educational system and the economy.
