Announcement for the shareholders that have acquired the shares of Belgrade “Nikola Tesla” Airport as employees and ex-employees at Belgrade “Nikola Tesla” Airport enlisted in Central Securities Depository and Clearing House on January 25, 2011 in accordance with the Law on Right on Distribution of Free Shares and Monetary Compensation Exercised by Citizens in the Privatization Process ("Official Gazette of RS", nos. 123/2007 and 30/2010).
Based on the list of employees and ex-employees determined by the Privatization Agency of the Republic of Serbia the number of shares can be determined by inserting your Unique Master Citizen Number (hereinafter UMCN) in the field marked below and selecting “Search” button. Nominal value of single share is 600,00 RSD, CFI code: ESVUFR, ISIN number: RSANTBE11090.
