Passengers

In order to increase passenger comfort, Belgrade Airport has introduced a new system of organization of passenger access to security screening area. By setting the counter where airport staff further direct passengers, the waiting area is expended. In this way, faster and easier access to security, customs and passport control is provided.

It is necessary for passengers to show their boarding pass at access control counter. Afterwards, airport staff will direct passengers at one of the lanes:

Fast Lane
Enables priority access to security, customs and passport control.
Fast lane can only be used by business class passengers, passengers with special treatment and reduced mobility accompanied by airport personnel (WCHR/S/C, BLND, DEAF, UM, VIP, DEPA, DEPU, etc.), passengers with children and in exceptional situations by general aviation passengers accompanied by airport personnel.

Economy Lane
Can be used by economy class, low cost and charter flights passengers in order to access to security, customs and passport control.
