Baggage Hand-Over Procedure
Passenger hands over his hold baggage at the check-in counter of designated airline.
During check-in passenger is given receipt for checked baggage (sticker).
Baggage allowance varies between airlines and travel classes.
Usual allowance is:
- 30 kg for business class passengers
- 20 kg for economy class passengers
- 10 kg for children up to two years of age
For details on baggage allowance please contact representative of your airline when booking your flight or upon arrival to the airport at the designated airlines' office. Excess baggage is extra charged, depending on airline. Please find details regarding applicable tariffs on excess baggage at designated airline.
Certain items considered dangerous are not allowed to be carried in your baggage.

Hand Baggage
Weight and size of cabin baggage

Airlines individually determine size, weight and quantity of baggage to be carried inside the cabin.
Weight and size of cabin baggage are limited. Usually, maximum weight ranges from 5 to 10 kg, and total of width, height and length may not exceed 115 cm. Size of hand luggage can also be checked using baggage frame prior check-in.
Make sure to inquire at designated airline about cabin baggage allowance when booking your flight.

Useful Tips

Identification
For security reasons or in case of lost luggage it is useful to mark you luggage with sticker containing your personal and contact details (name, surname, contact telephone and address).
Fragile items
We advise you to make sure that your luggage is safely packed. Wrap any items containing liquids in separate, sealed plastic bags, so that the contents cannot spill over your other belongings should the glass break. During your stay at the airport take care of the following:
- Do not leave your baggage, locked, labeled or tagged with name and address indicated, unattended, until you hand it over at check-in counter;
- We advice you always to take care of your carry-on baggage;
- Do not hand over someone else’s baggage as your own, as it may contain items which could expose you to danger or legal responsibility;

Transport of Live Animals
When you travel with your pet, it is necessary that you advise the airline accordingly when booking your flight.
When travelling with your pet it is necessary to inform designated airline when booking. Some airlines do not allow pets in cabin but only in cargo hold except dogs escorting passenger with special needs.
During your travel it is required pet owners to hold relevant animal identification documents, as well as documents on necessary vaccination received.
The regulations regarding import of animal vary from country to country. Please bear in mind that some countries impose strict quarantine regulations on every animal that enters the country.
